You should consult a physician before beginning any workout. But, this program is desgined for everyone
from couch potatoes to well-conditioned athletes.

No, while this program may help overweight people lose weight, the goal is to increase participants' fitness
level. The fitcamp could be the perfect opportunity for an avid fitness buff to change-up his or her routine.
3. What’s a typical day like at Fit Camp?
A typical day of Fit Camp will leave you sweaty, tired, sore, and ready for more. Remember: no pain, no
gain.
4. What do I need for class?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and possibly a mat or towel. Remember, we will be outside, so you
may also want to bring bug spray.
5. I already have a gym membership, why should I pay for Dan Fitness?
Once you join Dan Fitness, you will want to cancel your gym membership. I will show you so many
techniques and exercises that do not require gym equipment, you will wonder why you joined in the first
place. Additionally, you will become part of a community of fitness enthusiasts, so you won't want to leave
the group.
