


I offer one on one training, or you can bring a friend and split the cost. I can help you find your
inner warrior through this individualized plan. There are no frills or fads involved; just good
old-fashioned hard work to help you achieve your goals. If you live in a complex with a gym and
would prefer to work out in the privacy of your gym, I can meet you there.
If you prefer a do-it-yourself approach, I can prepare workouts for you based on a 4-week interval

Personal Training is $55/ hour plus possible trip charges depending on location. You can also
purchase 5 hour-long sessions at a discounted rate of $250 (trip charges may also apply).
